Recap Software or Template

    I'm looking for a good template to use in Excel or the best CHEAP software to recap my husband's logs. I would like something I can print the recaps for our records to keep in the event of an audit but also something that is easy to use. If someone has created something and would email it to me it would be great too :yes2557:Any help would be greatly appreciated!​

    He doesn't have the iPhone, but I do. I don't go out on the road with him but I keep all the paperwork up here at home. He does his logs on the road but I want something I can recap with to find any problems and to keep for DOT purposes.

    Why not upgrade his phone to an iPhone or 'Droid ... and then utilize uDrove (Go To uDrove.com) It'll keep his logs electronically, keep his recaps, he can image his receipts and enter the amounts right through the app ... and best of all ... you'll have access to ALL the info on-line too. And eveerything is stored on the "cloud" so you can access it whenever you need to.

    This would be my choice but my husband is lucky to use his prehistoric phone he has. I'm going to keep looking for options. I have tried the DDL free trial but it doesn't seem have what I am looking for. Although if I were a driver with my husband this would definitely be the program I would use. I am just wanting something to double check his hours when he is home.

    I built a template a while back for exactly that purpose and still modifying, as soon as I dig it out of my folders of stuff i can send the template
