Real Trucking (Full of ####!)

Hiring manager lies 2 drivers in order 2 fly you 2 Illinois wherever you are. Eric Hr., doesn't stick 2 his word about what was agreed upon for cpm. Being strictly honest ya deserve 2 kno da tru PROFESSIONAL TRUCK DRIVERS! They don't tell you about escrow, which is $1,500, $200 they say out of 5 paycheck, ya fined that out after ya drug test & fillout paperwork! Give you a crappy truck but have Freightliner's with more space. Have you as a lease/contractor but your not paying 2 own da truck, have you sign alot of crazy ##* over the top paperwork. You have 2 take out insurance $36 each week out of your paycheck that you don't need (NAIT!), plus they theft miles & screw up your paycheck every week. This is da second RUSSIAN OWN company that I worked 4. The 1st was SILVICOM, they both have everything similar in common and this is da last RUSSIAN company I will ever work with! Watchout drivers if you go to these companies you were just warned, they will #### you over!

 

Silvicom, was ok in the beginning, but every company will show there tru Identity! 50 miles from home/terminal or pu you don't get paid! Out of route miles you don't get paid that means 4 Hazmat 2, they charge you 4 damaged freight even though you have nuthing 2 dew with it. So why dew we write (S.L.C)---(shipper,load,count) basically 4 nuthing! They screw up your paycheck every week, always thefting money from the driver's as if the get jealous 2 see decent money on da check as if you didn't buss ya ##* 2get it... They have a ridiculous fueling policy, you can only fuel one time a day and if ya don't have on ya logbooks the same time u fuel they'll deduct $250 out of you check and the charge ya a fee 4 da cash adv. Oh, when you return da equip not wash, day charge ya $150. And speaking on policies again, they come up with 1 almost every week as if they a work with DOT 2 screw the driver's over MORE. I thought it was a Illinois ting but its a Russian ting 2 #### ya. But really it's everywhere an it seems like there's nothing you can dew bout it, unless ya take matters in ya own hand... WATCH OUT, u"ve Been WARN!

Da pros and cons of working with a small company. Pros, get better cpm on experience or minimum, 1099, and paperlogs. Cons, they theft ya out of the same cpm each week, always have sum new software that theft miles, always coming up wit new policy 2 theft ya, want ya 2 use ya personal celly as if its a business celly 4 da brokers, 2 which ya get nuting 4. Handfree device or not if ya take ya eye's off da road 4 1second it can literally be life or deaf especially on all da roads they a dew construct on, not 2 4get driving thru mounts at dark. This is a safety issue, because once ya get in2 any kind of accident it's automatic that its da driver. No company match, no benefits! There's more but ya get it by now!
