Going on a few months with lease. On dedicated account. Their excuse for do what we say when, where, and how we say it, even tho you're an o/o. Probably going to have to leave due to being forced out because didn't say yes, yes, yes. Dispatchers lie to overall company manager (right under owners). Both are cowards and will not talk to you directly if they are mad at you, only play childish revenge games, leaving you with no answers to 'what did I do wrong?'. Good money made recently, by me, not my coward dispatcher, but as stated turned in to 'we have no loads' to get back at me for whatever. The rainbows and unicorns they tell you in orientation is a lie. The shop does not fix the trucks like they claim before you get them. They always find an excuse to deduct more money. Truck was piece when got it. Freightliner cant even figure it out. Took it anyway as already quit previous job. Another driver got a truck infested with roaches, and showed us video proof. DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COWARDLY AND CHILDISH WHEN YOU SAY NO, and will, with full intent, try to make you go broke to get back at you. May be forced to pursue legal issues against them. Will be filing with BBB if they are not careful from here forward. BBB filings can not ever be removed, and are reviewed by customers as well, and with enough complaints can get a company investigated. Will also file legal complaint with Alabama/Georgia and my state AG if they steal my money at the end. They are crooked and I expect it. Still officially employed so can't say too much yet, but if they continue to act like toddlers and it affects MY home and family, I will follow through, no matter what it takes.

Wow......I've never really viewed lease purchase drivers as owner operators, more like glorified company drivers. You probably would have done better being an outright company driver for them, like @mdmgolfin is. He's done well there. Maybe he'll chime in here.

Garrison says they are not hiring any more company drivers. Once in great while, but apparently that side must be ok.

    Lease-purchase isn't the same as an owner-operator.

Been seeing a lot of their Volvo fleet pop up on Truck Paper in the used market in recent months.
