Rc Moore Pittston blows

Booked a delivery and pickup through Northstar logistics at RC Moore in Pittston PA big mistake . Was told it was first come first serve ( I knew this was untrue) next morning at 8am I called RC Moore to check my app time . Guess what it was 8 am . I showed up at 11am after waiting in line for 40 min I was told your appointment doesn't matter this is RC Moore . I found out what that means as I met a bunch of guys later all with 11 or noon appointments unloading at 5 pm . I get unloaded at 530 loaded at 7 pm only to wait at the checkout window for 20 min while this bearded prick stares me down . Their were 5 people in the office and not one willing to help me . This story is nothing new or out of the norm in trucking . I wish it was what a waste of a day .

 

No I haven't . I've called before though only took it because of the backhaul ( I live in the middle ) . They have a ton of posted loads coming and going from RC Moore . The pickup was good Brooklyn bottling in Marlboro NY 1 hr load time. The rates suck though they bid to low is what I was told . It's also heavy 43000 and it's beverages . We'll see if I have another thread on non payment of detention lol. Glad to see I helped out a fellow driver .
