Hi I’m an owner operator leased on to company , I found out they are cheating on the rate confirmation, taking loads for higher dollars and forwarding lower rates to me
What are my options other than quitting which I did already
Can I sue for lost money, I have one solid proof when I convinced a broker to send me a rate conf which was higher than what the company forwarded to me
Is it possible to win a case like this and to make them release all the invoices for my loades , anyone had a similar experience I’ll appreciate the input

If they're never held to task they'll keep doing it to everyone. Isn't what they're doing illegal? There was another thread recently and many suggested the department of labor I think. Might have been another agency, but I would definitely report it to the relevant authorities.

Its different ...when you sue someone for less than a million they dont even consider you seroius ...i know several good attorneys in different fields and its just reality , go to the attorney , explain him your situation and be ready to slash 10k just for retainer ...and he will tell you everything you wanna hear ...
