    Anyone have rapid responses phone number?....I have some ummmm...issues i need to discuss with them...thanks would appreciate the info...iv'e looked online and really hate the whole phone tree thing i have to go thru to get to them....

    ...it was my dm who was the problem....wouldn't take a maintenance hold of me coz she dont like the way i talked to her now...after sitting over the weekend...with a problem that should have been taken care of friday night....fought with her all day to just shut up and lift the hold...god!:biggrin_25513:

    Yes, I've done that before too, just fax the DOT inspection directly to Rapid Response and call them a few minutes later to lift the maintenance hold. The old 'end around' on the DM.

    Last time the DM sent a message that I had 5 days to get a 'Cali BIT' done. I asked how often those are due. One DM answered back 'every 85 days' and my DM answered back 'every 90 days'. I was getting my DOT inspection done that morning anyway, I called Rapid Response and asked if DOT inspection covers Cali BIT, they weren't sure, DM wasn't sure either.

    yeah I love that...you get different answer from different people.....and also was getting messages without a name attached btw telling me to go to richmond....i have no idea who is sending me messages holding things up,demanding i do this or that....and they all wrong too!....wonder why I get a sharp tongue and an attitude.....gezzz

    I've been told you can Fire them you should if ur o/p for sure but know if its true try getting with term mngr.

    Swift has a rapid response line I don't believe that lol

    Cali BIT = Annual DOT done every 90 days. Faxing the completed inspection to Rapid Response is the procedure ... sending it to anyone else just confuses the process.
