If your truck is less than 600hp A new 3 row will be all you need, if your old rad was worn out that is?

i always go with the biggest radiator available, better to have a bigger radiator than you need than to overheat if your changing it anyway
-
Go with volvo oem if everything working properly as far as fan and thermostat 3 rows is more than enough
-
Four row only way to go

"Bigger" isn't always better.. be careful if you go 4 row .. some aftermarket can actually lose flow and cooling capacity compared to OEM.
Rad thickness also effects this.... Thicker not always better.. Reduced airflow
REMEMBER... OEMs spend millions on the R&D -
And buy Volvo OEM. The aftermarket ones are really crap.
KB3MMX Thanks this. -
