Isn't it just something Swift does internally to determine it is time to can you butt if your score becomes too high?

    RA stands for Risk Assessment.
    SAFE, I'm not sure.
I believe your RA score is a number from negative 8 to positive 25. The lower the number the better. They enter all your information into the computer which will rank you among the thousands of other Swift drivers. Information can include things like:

    Preventable Accidents
    Service Failures
    Idle Percentage
    Tickets
    Failed Level I-II-III inspections
    Load Acceptance/Turn Down/No Answer-Response Rate

Your Driver manager can give you a printout of your RA, they generally call and speak with the company drivers once a month or so I understand regarding this. The only time they bother O/O's about it is when their score is positive 8-12 points. They want to find out why the score is so high and see if the driver can modify behavior to reverse the rising trend. A score of 20 is intervention time and I think 25 is you're pretty much fired/terminated contract.

It is actuallyu called a Dashboard Review. They go over your idle, which really means nothing to us, are Safe Score. Mine was -9 until I had the Critical event, and dropped it to -1, and now at -2. They also go over your actuall performance. New Boston is doing this every week, and when I had my last one, it was 3 months old. It is more for company drivers the us.

Here's another thing about the RA score that you may not know. Anytime that you have a clean DOT inspection (no violations found) that helps your RA score (makes it lower). Depending on what state you are in, getting pulled in for that DOT inspection may be a good thing for you!
Last time I checked, my score was in the single digits below 0.

    Mine is -13.
I was told it is the best in our terminal.

I wonder if that is why they just sent me a pplan that has a weight of 49,800 lbs.
Add that one to my turn down rate.
