Questions about Frito Lay

Okay so another update. Tuesday of this week I received a written off from Frito Lay. They sent me for a DOT physical and drug test and that was okay. I also started the background check process. Yesterday I got an email saying the background check was complete and sent over to Frito Lay. It was late in the day. Now I just wait on a phone call. They sent me a copy of the background also and they only verify 3 years of employment history which was verified other than about 2 weeks. My previous job (non DOT job) where I was a manager somewhere it appears they could not verify that. So they were able to verify 2 years and 11 months of the 3 years that they require. I am not sure if that will prevent me from getting a call. If it does I am okay with that, as there are plenty of other jobs. Now I just wait and see. Every other item on my background was a pass, that was just listed as decisional. So I will update again if I hear more.

 

Okay another update.. Yesterday I got the official word and my background is complete. They are ready to set up onboarding and orientation. Within a couple of hours of getting the email I received a phone call from my hiring manager and she gave me 2 dates to select from. I chose October the 15th. So I am to report to Frito Lay at 8am that day for my Orientation.
