The v I k expire every year, the pressure test every 5 years I get that. But what about the "U C" upper coupler inspection?? I see a lot of trailers they are expired. Yet plants will load them anyways? Is it not a dot requirement or something? And since we r talking about it, what all do they look for in a yearly v I k inspection anyways? V is visual, dont remember what the I or k are for.
