    I found this guy's channel while running amok on YouTube and thought I would share. He has found a way to make junk tires into heavy duty bungees.



    If you do poking around you can find other store bought bungee cords that much better than that crap sold at truck stops.

    wear glasses when you’re installing bungee cords

    I know a guy that lost an eye , when one came unhooked at the far end when he was stretching it , and the hook went right into his eye .

    I love innovative people but this seems like such a pain in the butt it’s just not worth it. Would take a bunch of tires to make even 30 bungees. I’m to lazy for that lol. I bet they are strong though.

    I always turn my back to the bungee when its stretching. Face turned the opposite way as well. Got smacked in the face once and it hurt like hell.

    I just passed a guy yesterday that used rope that's the second time I've seen rope in person, and now I'm sold. Some really slick tarp jobs. After this trip, I'm getting some.
