So this one is a little bit complicated.

Progressive's website for months hasn't allowed me to view my billing info for my commercial insurance. I complained to them, they said there was nothing they could do. So i've had to either pay attention to mailings from them or call in and check and pay. Inevitably, i forgot to deal with it for January and they cancelled my insurance before I realized what had happened. I called them up in the middle of February and found this out and got it straightened out. Paid them what they said I needed to pay.

So I just called them again today to deal with a couple things including make a payment and they said they had cancelled my insurance again and that this time it couldn't be reinstated. It was cancelled on February 27 after I had talked to them and paid what they said I owed on February 14 and had reinstated my account.

They did send a mailing that stated this would happen, I opened it, and unfortunately I thought it was related to what had already happened. But I am still finding this difficult to grasp that they can yank this out from me so fast and with a single mailing as warning.

Just wondering if anyone has any advice or information to help deal with this.

You better find another insurance company now. When they cancel your policy, they also let the feds know they’ve canceled your policy. Your dot#’s are suspended. Don’t get caught driving that truck. You need to find another insurance policy asap.

843-594-4933 talk with Ryan. He is probably the best insurance agent you’ll ever find. Very responsive and if you need a COI his group has it done in 5 minutes or less after I send an email.

Hmmmm..... Sounds like somebody didn't pay their insurance premium and got cancelled. Is the "website won't let me see my billing" the same as my dog ate my homework?

Welcome to the "progressive cancelled me" club.

Had them cancel me in the middle of a freight haul. They put an intent to cancel on my mc, and no one would book my truck until it was resolved

    Progressive are ########. Shop around.

Like I said, yes, I forgot to in January and they cancelled and we resolved it. 14 days later, after I had paid them what they told me I needed to, they cancelled it again... Because apparently what they told me to pay was not the full amount, which they didn't explain to me. And I couldn't see anything about it on the website because, as I said, I couldn't see anything on their website. It had no information for me about my billing info. They sent me the one letter but since they had told me to disregard any other notices I didn't look closely enough at this one to realize the dates showed that it was "new" since I took care of it.

Not saying you’re screwed but involuntary revocation of your authority is viewed very negative by other insurance companies. Better get another solution in place asap. You have a tough row to hoe either way. No excuses, gotta be on top of your biz.

Was you paying for every month or did you pay a year at a time? I mean it is not rocket science if you owe every month and you pay x amount for the renewal and then make monthly payments.
