I have 2019 Freightliner cascadia installed park smart system. After one and half year it’s heating system stopped working where A/C is working fine. When I parked my truck and turned on heating on parked mode it gives normal or cool air. What would be common cause which i can check.

Turn the heat all the way up and see if the heater is firing up. It burns diesel to heat the coolant. To keep the engine warm and blow warm air in the sleeper. You can also look on the coolant temperature on the dash. Mine shows like 150 or 160 when the heater is going. So if it's not even heating coolant then you won't get any heat in sleeper.

2014 version uses a webasto circulating heater . Sometime they need to be cleaned . If you can get it to fire up run it on max heat for a couple hours that helps .

I have the same system. I'm guessing you didnt run it since last year? Just go have a new one installed. Cost of a rebuild kit vs. new one isnt a whole lot.

Then have a separate small tank, like 10 gallons or so, and run kerosene or #1 in it. We started doing that and they run clean and forever.
