Around the beging of last month i left one trucking company, and located a company by the name of Prime Logistics Corp out of Palatine IL. They told me i would receive $.50 per mile and prior to me getting on a buss to go work for this company i specificaly asked wearher they were a W2 or 1099 company. I explained i had been screwed in past and they said they were W2. I was to pay for and take grayhound buss from MI to Chicago then take cab to hotel and thwy would pick me up from there and take me for drig test and to oreintation. They also told me i would oay for these travel expenses up front and they would renburse me at orentation. It cost me a small fortion to get therrme. The guy picked me up and took me to drug test then to there office. They sat me down to fill out papet wotk and what do u know not only are they 1099 but they want to charge a huge amount as a deposit. Know granted i come there thinking i was gonba be a regular w2 truck driver for them. I was not renting or leasing a truck. I questioned this deposit and relictlently filled out the papet work. I then met qith safwty kady went ovet logs and they took me back to hotel. This trucking company office is in a shopping center i saw no trucks no other drivers, nothing to do with trucking other then paper workmm. When i askec were trucks are one person said 70 miles away the other said 40 miles away. The next morning first thing i calked il dept of labor chicago division explainex deposit and situation and the lady informed me that unless i was renting or leasing truck it was elegal for them to charge a deposit. She explainef i would be paying deposit to work there and warnex me against it. Anitualky deposit was to be $1000. After gwtting off phone with them i called company. Right off bat before i could say anything she said they had company meeting and deposit had been changed to $3500
I then explained that i gmhad spoken to il dept of labor and explained what they said the kadys tone xhanged she got very nasty. I explained they had lied and got me here under false pretence and they told me figure mumy own way to get hime. By this tine i was just about broke and had to figure out how to get back down to buss station with allot of luggage. I managed to do so but had to wait 24 hours tell i got a check then got on train when i got on train i emailed company stating i would be taking them to court and post bad,reviews. About a hour latet i get calk from a blockex number from a guy with same accent as them claiming to be FBI officet johnson badge number 3725 he refused to tell me a departmebt or a phone numbet. I have calls recorded. He called 3 times and all blocked numbwrs then called left voice mail usibf a apo that changes number and u can clearly tell it was fake disorted. I have,sence reported to FBI, federal and state Doy, dept of labor, and filed local police report. I believe this company is a scam and i want to take court action against them for my expenses, the money loat due to could have been working and any pain and suffeting. Just expenses and money i could have made i estimate about $1809. Its my understanding becase they are il based company they have to be sued in il. I want to know if u would be willing to take on case like they do with injury cases. I have phone recordings and feel this is easy case to win. I also dont want them reporting sonething bwgitive about me qere other employers coulsmd see. Ive gotten about 6 xalks from a blocked number threatning my life calling me dumb american and its sane guy who calked acting like the FBI. I have wrote few reviews as to my expwrience and notified 3 news stations but havent jeard back would u be willing to help me? ??my name is ERic bordeaux cell 616-752-0102. Maybe we can find additional things to sue them with also



I must of been pretty determined and also contacted the correct people the federal DOT, Fedwral dept of labor, FBI, and office of attorney general are investigating this company not to mention the news reporter doing story so im sure this company is getting some unwanted attention the messages above were sent to over 30 attorneys which many have calked me back and one im persuing possibilities all i can say they met there match. Inigration is also involved

 

Of course
