Prime Logistics, run dont walk

    Been here four weeks as a company driver and gave my two week notice. They claim to be an otr company but operate off of load boards only. Dont keep you moving and have constantly sent me to New England where there are no good rates coming out of there
    Dispatchers get very rude and disrespectful to you
    They leave you sitting then want you to get live loaded after you've sat for 11_12 hrs of your 14 hr clock
    They are another one of the European owned companies out of Chicagoland area although they advertise as of out of Clinton, IA
    Pay rate .62cpm but they dont have any miles to give. Maybe 2000 if you get lucky and teams only get 3500

    After sitting 11 or 12 hours, you have a fresh 14 hour window.
    I wouldn't play those games either. At some point the day is over. I'm sorry it's too late now.

    Couple issues with the post. Why is a company driver concerned with rates? What does a load board have to do with being OTR? Don't keep you constantly moving, yeah like most? There is going to be downtime, cancellations etc... Sitting is a big part of Reefer. Chicagoland? Clinton IA? I thought Prime was in Springfield MO. Prime is paying 62? Really? No way. Or is that how fast the truck is? Teams getting 3,500 mi /wk, really?? That's a solo runners week.

    Just doesn't make a lot of sense. You didn't know Prime sucks? Is there another Prime? Or am I losing my mind.

    News flash freight sucks just about everywhere for everybody. I haven't leased one of my creampuffs in more than a month. I spend most of my time stareing at a phone that isnt ringing:(

    Because these Russians only use them to run their trucks. Yeah I screwed up going there just trying to help someone else avoid that mistake
