What do you mean " Does anyone know" You can't go on YouTube without 20 or more Prime Lease Purchase channels popping up.
just_sayin, dave01282000, Bean Jr. and 1 other person Thank this. -
I started at Prime but I was company. IIRC their lease purchase is something like $14k down, no credit check and then they give you a truck and the fun starts. Something like three years later the truck is yours, provided you've made the weekly payments the whole time.
I've talked to guys who put together a fleet by lease purchasing multiple trucks, it seems to be a popular option for some. As mentioned above, there is a wealth of info on youtube about Prime lease purchase...a number of their drivers have active channels.Knucklehead Thanks this. -
They have 2 programs a Lease or a Lease Purchase. Both I've seen very successful drivers and drivers that have lost everything. They do what they can to set you up for success but end the end you have to have the cash flow to pay for unexpected expenses and slow periods. Lease runs on the company side with company and lease using the same driver managers groups and Lease purchase runs on the O/o side. When I was there O/o were doing way more drop and hook freight meaning you can keep moving. company lease is a mix. A lot of Tyson loads and FedEx if your train or run teams on the company side. Those loads cant be late. Also like others have said there are dozens of YT at prime at any one time that regularly post about the pay and experiences.
Knucklehead and dave01282000 Thank this.
