OK trying to get this figured out....I call recruiting, submit application on line. They do a prelim and give me a date to start in MO. I get there then fill out another application that is scrutinized more. At this point they can turn around and tell me to go home.
What additional info do they need once you arrive that they didnt ask for on the net that could cause you to go home? NO criminal record, tickets in forever and health is no issue. But I keep hearing about being sent home after security investigates your app...
sorry if this is rambling, but it looks like PRIME might be my choice and cant afford to go up there just to be sent home...

They tell you exactly what you need to bring on the orientation paperwork, As far as your security investigation goes, I would assume that you should already know if there gonna have any questions about your past. Im not positive, but pretty sure that most companies that except online apps make you fill out a handwritten app once you get to there facility.
-
yeah i have no issue with filling out a hard app at all...I have been a LEO for the last 13yrs so NO issues or suprises. I've just read threads on here that people get a prehire, and not just with PRIME, and when they get there and start going through orientation they are told something came up and are sent home......
-
Yeah I heard the same thing, but i was told that the only reason a person gets sent home is because they didnt bring the proper paperwork, couldnt pass the medical, or werent honest on the original App.
-
Im flying on a one way ticket 2200 miles, so I sure as heck hope I bring everything I need.
-
@Mont74 since you are fresh heading out there what did they ask you to bring with you? ANY help would be great
