It's true, not just Chicago though it happened here in Toronto, ON. also was a manager named 'Vlad' at a company I left a couple months ago also shortage me on some money. I never realized how crooked these people could be until signed on as a Owner operator them.

100% right on. It's not worth it even when they advertise good pay they will find a way to shorten that money.
