Premier Transportation. Your thoughts?

I couldn't take the good ole boy network, couldn't get in to the CLAN and was always feeling left out.... otherwise it was a decent place to work, trucks could run a little faster but....

 

I ran out of the Ocala term, well, technically I ran OTR but I parked in Ocala and whenever I came in it was a hassle with the guy that ran the place, once he took my truck from me cause it was too good for a new guy and gave a newer cascadia to a local guy!!! I had to ride back to ATL to get an older beat up truck cause he refused to give it back, all my stuff was in a box in the warehouse, not even locked up... he favored his guys for any and everything he could over us OTR outsiders... I guess it was what it was but for me more then I cared to tolerate for a medicre job to start with. The run illegal without really doing it is a norm for most companies so I have no real problem with that, in my 35 plus yrs out here I've broken or streched every rule there is I'm sure....

 

I'm not really sure that would be the reason but....if you think so????

 

Any new info on Premier? How are miles, pay.

Drivers beware of premier transport, i worked for them on a local account for a year. The problem is that the folks in forest park ga. Are a bunch of a holes, they think your property and will tell you let the doorknob hit u where the good lord split you, if u disagree with their policy, and yea they will run u dirty, but don't refuse them or they will term u for insubordination, i know i, seen it happen. One other thing i broke an airline while employed with these jerk offs and they reported it on my d.a.c.... But that's not the reason i'm reporting them as a bad company. Drivers beware and pass on this company if at all possible. Stay safe truckers!!!

 

I have something to say about this crooked crap hole.... First, I talk to a worthless recruiter named Lee Coons, He sets me up for orientation in Atlanta, GA. So I fly out there, and never get picked up at the airport to go to my hotel. Im stuck at the Atlanta airport all night and I get extremely pissed off and fly back home the next day so I could get some sleep. I call Lee and tell him the situation and he basically acts like its my fault that I wasnt picked up. He tells me that he can get me into the following weeks orientation class and he will contact me with my travel info on Friday. Friday came and went and I heard nothing back from this lying piece of crap. I then call and email him several times on Saturday and Monday and FINALLY on Monday evening, he replies to my email telling me I need to find a different job. WTF!!!!! Dont believe ANYTHING this crooked company tells you because if it comes out of their mouth, then it is most likely a lie! I know all trucking companies have their issues, but I have NEVER dealt with such lying sacks of crap before as what these morons are!
