    I would never recommend this company to any drivers even I just spent 1 year with them. They want to keep you North East where they benefit from expensive tolls and expensive fuel which no discounts is given to drivers. They want you to fuel up at Pilot and Fly J and keep all the discounts on top of the % from the load and the miles they charge you for. Imagine I have a friend that just left the company aswell who had a gross of 8k and took home 1.4k and drove over 5k miles. No one from management never asked how this was possible and how come the driver only went home with that amount. You have the people from Truck and trailers which are not doing their jobs, whenever you take a truck or trailer with damages, you send them pictures and let's say you drop that trailer, don't be surprise they will try to charge you for damages that you had already reported since the first day. Drivers be aware, what they tell you during orientation most of them are lies. At first was something about 3 weeks on the road and if you drop the truck at their yard you won't get charged, all the sudden it became 3months on the road like you have no other life besides being on the road. Although few people from accounting are good people, and some recruiters are good people, besides that most of them are demons, Satan and thieves. And there are few other details I rather not to discuss them here but anyone that will join them in the future will find out for themselves. Stay away from them. They only care about their % their tolls discounts , fuel discounts, miles they will charge you for and careless about drivers earnings. Don't be surprise that you spend 3 weeks in a row with a negative account where you cannot take care of your bills while being constantly on the road night and days for weeks. I recommend other drivers that had negative experiences with them to come forward and not to leave other drivers in the dark that wants to join them to become victims aswell.I am submitting this review to warn any driver who have in mind to buy a truck from Cadence, it's a scam, be aware that when annual inspections is due, you may go and get it done at the dealer such as Freightliner or Volvo, Cadence will tell you it's not valid that it needs to be done at their facility . They will not only overcharge you and and they will fabricate all sort of replacement. Can someone explain to me, how if you go to the dealership with your Freightliner and it passes the annual inspection, and for Cadence to say it's not valid and they will find several parts that needed to be replaced. Seems like Cadence is the top repair shop in the US. It does not matter to them that you went to Love's, TA Petro, the dealer etc, they will tell you that annual inspection is not valid because they have to sacrifice your pockets either way. While if you are a company driver for them, the truck that was assigned to you needs repairs, don't be surprised that you have to come back several times to their Pitstop which is their repair shop to fix that truck. Again be aware of their scam.
    Warning to any drivers that's either currently working for Cadence or interested in joining them, and if you agree on using their co driver option, they will tell you to call them if stopped by the police, once you get pulled over by the police and you knew you had a co driver on your log, and once you transfer that log over to the police, that log will not have that co driver listed. Cadence will fine you on top of that violation while each week they charge you $150 to use the co driver .Remember they facilitated Dot and state troopers to use their company trucks to be on the look out and spot truckers that are being aggressive, speeding etc, and for that same company is putting their own drivers at risk by charging them to get a co driver on their logs, which means violating the 11hours driving time.

    First off... if that driver drive 5k miles in a week, he broke a lot of laws. I don't even believe that. Anyway, i always thought Cadence was lease purchase only. What is it like for company drivers? What's their compensation like? Do they keep them in the northeast as well?

    It will be better for you to inquire, that driver will come forward soon and have all weekly statements and will post everything. Of course a lot of laws were broken. Starting Monday compilation of videos will be public on several social media to prove how they force and allow drivers to violate DOT regulations

    They keep most drivers NOrth East, and you guys already know it, fuel more expensive and tolls aswell, no fuel discounts no fuel surcharge, rate cons are already edited, getting charged by the miles also. On top of that paying for a co driver on your log, if get pulled over by the police, upon sending log to them, that co driver is not listed on that log. Lots of bs
