I purchased a cheap one on Temu for $20 for my car indicating 400a start current and 800a peak current with 20000mAh battery capacity. I was absolutely shocked (no pun intended) and elated to discover that it started my 2019 Cascadia when batteries wore down due to cold and overnight running lights usage. I’ve used it a couple more times since (yeah, definitely need new batteries) but as cranking took longer, the wire to positive handle fried/broke. Question… anybody know of a similar, not expensive device ($50?) image.jpg with thicker wire to the handles? Just fyi… the red box on the cable got very hot with longer crank and wire broke inside it.

    I bought this last month.
Cost and quality is a bit more but you get what you pay for.

    Ditto above.

Best jump box I have seen so far.

We have 3 and they are used daily. So far almost a year with no issues.

I bought a Stanley Fatmax 1200 last year at Sam's Club. Only plugged it in the wall one time since then. It's still fully charged.

Charges quickly. Less than a half hour w wall charger. May take longer with a DC or USB charge.
Need to charge every 6 months to maintain warranty.
Lith ion battery good for 500 jumps according to manufacturer.
Our shop uses a 10,000 amp unit bit that was a bit to pricey and overkill for me.

    Best price I found.

I can tell you they will jump a completely dead tractor with 4 group 31s. And more than one back to back.

Ours never get drained and are always plugged in when not in use.
