I’m currently OTR now with a broken AC. Messaged the company for a repair, they tell me I’ll have to wait til I get back to terminal, which is gonna be a long time. I was wondering if you guys knew of any good portable Air conditioners that actually work?

Avoid the cheaper "swamp coolers" or evaporative coolers unless you stay in the dry/desert 25% of the country. They are wholly ineffective in areas of the US with more than 50% humidity.

Got a buddy giving me an inverter as soon as I get home this weekend. Hoping I can find someone to install it. Figured I’d see what I can buy to plug in and keep cool instead of waiting on WE to fix the AC

Try to find the problem with the ac and fix it yourself.go buy some gauges ($50 at harbor freight)and go from there,be more than a steering wheel holder and please dont tell the company wont allow it,they wont even know.

I’d be heading directly to a terminal after unloading, or quitting. Or was Western Express your second chance company and you can’t quit?
