Went in to grab a shower at a Pilot in Waynesville, NC last night and my card had 0 showers showing on it. I have fueled at Pilot about 5 times in the last two weeks (last time was Thursday morning) and I have only used one shower credit there. I have never had to my knowledge showers expiring that fast with Pilot. The manager said they expire after 5 days. Is that true, has something changed or have I just been unaware of the expiration time?
Pilot shower expiration time?

It used to be one week, 7 day week that is. Don't know anymore.
-
#### just checked the website and it does indeed list 5 days, what a crock of ####.
-
man if its 5 days then its official...PILOT SUCKS
-
You can expect others to follow Pilot's lead, especially Flying J. You could just buy smaller quantities of fuel and that will give you more showers and possibly extend the time.
-
Well I just borrowed 4 gallons of hot water from them and strung up the old sun shower for the win
-
Hmmm, I didn't realize that expired at all....gay

i dont know how people tolerate the friggin waiting in line at those big truckstops. occassionally i need to go into a pilot or loves or something and its unbelievable the bs you gotta wait for in the fuel desk line. I spend over $1500 a week in fuel and i'll be ###### if im gonna give it to people who tie up close to an hour of my day waiting on people to send faxes, give fuel info, etc. they are grossly understaffed.

Yep, just one more of their cons to get you to spend more.
The penny a point went alot further 15 years ago too. It's time for a raise! -
