Hello all, just picked up a 2018 389 and having smartnav problems and can’t get it to play anything from the radio on any form whether it’s am/fm, xm, Bluetooth etc...it keep says loading source and just keeps trying to load. Can’t even get static out of the speakers, nothing. I’ve tried to update the software with a usb with no luck and with wifi with no luck. Is this thing toast? And I’ve pulled the fuse and done multiple hard restarts on it as well and nothing will work!

2 possible solutions for ya. I too have a 19' pete with the crap smart nav. 1st try to hold down the knob and the home symbol at the same time. Takes like 30 seconds and it'll completely restart the unit. This typically fixes any smartnav issues. If that doesn't work I'd disconnect the batteries for a few mins. If none of that works then I have no idea
I see you've tried all this already. So idk I'm lostwingnut105 Thanks this. -

‘22 579. Smartnav frozen as described. Rebooted on the fly as instructed. Thanks!!!
Note-Use both the knob and home button on the radio face and NOT the home button on the screen.
