I hav a 2005 with the double squares and I am wanting to replace with a set of old 359 double rounds that I have. I am also wanting to convert them to HID. Anyone done this and what all would be need to do so? The bulbs need to be placed but I have not taken the 359's apart to see what I need. Thanks for any help.

I've seen the new headlights that are LED's. Them things rock! I've also seen them in the military trucks.
Less draw and more light.. -

If your wiring is still ok a set of JJ mounts or the 359 mounts. My 379 has dual rounds on JJs with the signals mounted in the other mount holes in the light pods. I think the plug pattern is different wire wise on square to round but if you update to HID they should come with instructions.
It sure makes for a sweet look IMO -
true hid lights have a box that has to be mounted to convert the power going to the bulbs. if u just want the look of hid lights, then buy the 7" single round lights that use the h4 light bulbs.

How is it that an HID conversion kit costs about $100, but if my HID goes out in my car, it's like $400 to fix?
