What you have said here is the truth, those who claim that Perkins Specialized Transportation is a trust worthy company work for them in the office or they are trolls. This company is a scam and operates in a matter which could be construed to be criminality in nature. Take the advise and stay away. I am currently in a civil suite against the crooks. I hope those who have also been screwed by them also file for civil damages.

Really? Then perhaps you could answer a few questions for me?

-- You claim Perkins pays you 100% of what they collect from customers.

Perhaps you would care to explain why Perkins' own web site shows you to be lying? That site says they only pay 80%

-- You claim Perkins pays 70% you 100% of load revenue.

Could you also explain why Perkins' own web site shows you to be lying on this point as well? According to the nifty little math problem they posted to disguise the actual pay, 70% of 96.1% of load revenue, which, translated, comes to 67.27%, thousands of dollars less per year than what you are claiming.

I have looked into the claims of the original post, regarding drivers losing their homes. Turns out there are six I could find (one actually a team) that actually did, and that was after a 3 minute search and then several minutes checking out public records to be sure, this year alone. There were others who made similar claims, but I didn't see the need to go any further after the first six turned out to be true. All six lost their homes shortly after their association with Perkins began.

I also read complaints about outrageous escrow requirements, and how Perkins keeps them and then bills the drivers for the rest of their leases. Does this mean that Perkins still has been unable to re-lease or resell the rigs, and they are just sitting untouched since those drivers left, as legally required to bill them for the full lease?

Also, if a company REQUIRES drivers to have a cell phone (as indicated on the web site) despite having satellite communications in all rigs (again, per the web site), that to me is a huge red flag from a safety and compliance perspective. Perhaps you could explain this as well?

And, what about the CSA 2010 numbers that indicate your carrier is in serious trouble, could you explain how things got to that point? I suspect cell phones come into play somewhere in these numbers.

Just a few questions that I'm sure a recruiter, er, lease driver with your vast weeks of experience at Perkins can easily explain!

Never lie to a trucker, we have built in BS detectors that work both in the real world and the cyber one.

Perkins has its office trolls post here all the time, you will not make a dime with them they are a scam. As for law suites you might want to consider OSHA complaints and their safety rating, their rating is so bad because they force drivers to falsify logs via the cell phone. CROOKS. Anyone who claims they are making anything there are making misleading statements. Perkins revolving doors scam is being closely monitored.
