    Hi Everybody,

I am brand new to this. I just bought a 2000 International 4700 Crew cab dumptruck (no CDL required). I am told that it has the equivalent of a PowerStroke 7.3L. When I wrote to Banks Power, they replied that they do not make any performance parts for the truck. I am not a trucker. I bought the truck as a hobby/ family project with my kids, to do an over-the-top fix-up on it and take it to shows (sure I will haul some fire wood and gravel in it too). It looks to be a very simple machine (much easier to work on than my Dodge Ram).

What performance upgrades do you recommend?

Where should I look to find performance parts?

I have searched around on-line and just not having any luck. (I live in upstate New York, between Rochester and Syracuse, just in-case you are familiar with local dealers.)

Thank you for reading my post.
I wish you all the best and safe travels.
    Sincerely,
    Bill

If your dodge ram has a cummins its no were near easier to work on.

If it really is the equivalent of a 7.3 id check out a powerstoke forum. Like powerstroke.org or powerstrokenation.com
