Very corrupt company. They only know how to speak LIES
Over works you, wants you to drive illegally, and doesn't care if you're overweight. Unrealistic appt times.
Especially the branch out of Kendallville, IN.

I hear ya.. That seems to be the norm these days. But in OTR your always gonna be overworked because your piece rate income is based on a 70hr week not a 40hr week like a hourly worker.
Your also in charge of when you drive or how much you weigh. . If your running legal & running when you should be ( when you have hours to drive) & still not able to make on time delivery then seek other employment.
Remember, your CDL record is your key to sucess in trucking. Don't let anyone pressure you into tarnishing it.

    Very difficult job.
Realistic delivery schedules would be helpful -- he's not driving a sports car.

Yeah, I've watched PFG videos on youtube -- that is a very difficult and labor intensive job. It would be helpful if PFG would palletize or section Each of your aprox 15 stops per day. As it is..... you have to "hunt" through 10 pallets -- and sometimes boxes you need are on the bottom of the pallet -- just to get all the boxes for that 1 stop.

You could be faster at each stop.................................. if each stop was palletized (can cut or make 1/2 or 1/4 sized pallets ................. Driver would enjoy the job more............. and PFG would have long-term drivers.

A good answer would be to shrink wrap 1-4 stops on each pallet.

Shrink Wrap each stop as it goes on the pallet. (Some stops are only a few boxes.... so you could get 1-4 stops per pallet.)
Then mark each stop with a big sticker or ?.... Example: "Stop 1 of 15".....etc. to make it easy on the driver..... and more efficient.

That's how we did LTL for a big company.
Each pallet was market with a sticker: "Stop #1 -- pallet 1 of 3." Made the drivers job much easier .... receivers got all of their products .... PFG gets faster stops .... more efficient ..... made the day much more enjoyable. Everybody's happy.
