This company is on conditional by dot since 2022. Due to the fact of a drug user as office manager named irma de la Cruz also goes by irma colon. Only works there to make a bit of money has no clue on how to run a trucking company . Hires drivers with no experience in over the road gives them a truck. My guess to collect the insurance on trucks that have no real value and are almost at a million miles equipment is in super bad shape. 70% of equipment has no vehicle inspections. Drivers drive illegal on elog and paper logs. Shop is handled by another drugie and the other one a drunk. Driver they use 90% of the are bottom of the barrel. The owners seem not to care about the company. They are OK owners but they love being pegged by irma. The highest pay rate the might get is $1.84. They owe many bills and owe brokers and hospitals bills of drivers. I already called department of transportation to audit them. I called osha. I call many places. Hopefully shuts down reorganize the company gets rid of the drug users and gets people that will make company better. As for me I don't give a flying fawk. Do u ever think about what you said? Vehicles are unsafe . They said they take responsibility. And the equipment is falling apart and 70% has no vehicle inspections the ones that are on the road are a time bomb . Then they hire drivers with no experience and no training no trainer no knowledge of log books. So think about it. If u give a loaded gun to a 5 year what will he do
