Have a 2018 Pete with x15 cummins. Oil temp runs about 220 and coolant runs 180. Is that the same as your?

That's what mine does. I run in the evenings and at night, ambient temperature is normally in the 80s with lots of humidity.

I always remember my isx oil temp staying around 200 and didn’t know if it was just how the x15 runs. Just bought the truck and like it so far . Had a 9 speed and they shop switched it to a 13 speed once I got it

I'm a hotshot for Halliburton, so in a different truck every day.The 2019's we have seem to all be 180 coolant and 200 oil.The older ones ,2015 ,have always been 200 coolant and 220 oil.
Paccar engines in the 2019's,Cummins/Paccar in the older trucks.Theres a few older ones that have Cat engines.

I believe that their is a oil thermostat to keep temperature in the 220 range to burn off moisture in the oil or it becomes acidic..

Oil needs to be about 220 for all moisture to evaporate. Coolant will vary depending on load weight, temperature, uphill, downhill, and a few other variables. Coolant 180-200 is about the normal range and can climb up to 210, once again depending on variables. I’ve seen it as high as 225 on top of a hill but that was rare.

X15 in my 2023 KW T-680. Oil temperatures hover right around the 210-220 range. Coolant will go from 177 to 210 before the the cooling fan kicks on. The past week or so I’ve been running around south where temperatures have been in the mid 90s(Mississippi,Alabama,Tennessee & Arkansas) and a lot of the loads I’ve been pulling have been around the 38,000 to 41,000 pound range.

With me I have 500hp x15 I haul pretty heavy loads (50k-60k) (cattle) and when coolant temp is 180 oil temp is 220-225 when coolant temp is 200-210 oil temp is 230-235. Maybe broke 240 once . That was around 90 degrees outside . Also was running around 230ish even when I was empty during the 90 degrees

Our company “splurged” on the X15 Efficiency models which are rated around 400 h.p. but the fuel economy has been excellent!
