over the years we have watched pdi plow drivers out of their money,they are way over priced and wont back up anything they sell.
6 weeks ago troy and the guys had to rebuild a 6nz that was rebuilt by pdi,there were o rings not installed,and when towed back to pdi,was told here is the o rings in this bag have a nice day.
ecm programming is a great way to finally enjoy our ride,but beware they do not test these numbers for stability,ramping timing numbers =higher cylinder temps and engine temps.and if and when you burn it down they wont be there to back you up.

No actually I dont. I have one of thier exh. manifolds and had trouble with it ( it was a early design) They gave me another 1. No problems with it. I have a stage 1 tune. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So far all signs seem to be that the engine is doing better. Less soot, smoother and lower temps exh. and water. I think it will last longer.
Anytime you have a high perf motor you take a chance of breaking parts. Thats one reason mfgs derate them as do. And they still have some problems.
The timing you are refering to is just getting back the timing that the epa took away. -
ok dude here is what im talking about,epa goverened the timing 8%
pdi raised it 17 percent.cylinder temps are going up,and if they returned anything you most assuridly never left the parkinglot,overprived,garbage company,its like aids sooner or later itll kill ya.but in all actuality your only running stage 1 which is 550 or maybee a couple more it prob wont affect you anyway,i was talkin serious power not stock plus crap

Stage 1 is 725. I had a 550 before and there is a very big differance in power. I do not doubt the rating.
The epa did not do it directly just trying to meet the standard cause the timing change.
17% of what? Its my understading they add 8 degrees to the timing.
If cly. temps were up would I not see higher pyro or water temps? Both tend to run lower. I am not sure what you are try to say with the never leaving the parking lot.
I had my exhaust manifol for over 2 years before I ask them to replace it.

Maybe then I think he should give some details not just a rant that makes little sense.
As for me I am a very happy with what I've recieved from PDI. The new manifold design is first rate although I paid the extra to get the ported and coated one. On my truck it seems to have hurt mpgs compared to the nonported PDI manifold. The tune I cant say enough about. It runs so good. -
Is there manifold the log type, I can't remember? -
it wasnt a rant,you didnt even tell me what engine i was talking about if your running 750 your timing has been set to plus 19% your fuel numbers have changed from 40% to 80% with a longer flow.your set up is not bad,if your happy then praise alllllahhhhh or who ever ive seen them screw people,if they gave you a new ex mani after 2 years,lets think about it if i called tommorrow they would offer me a 1 year replace warrenty,only with install,and they gave you double of that ,wow just think about it,why would they do that,they guy that used to make them is still sueing pdi never paid him,do you want his number.
i know there are a bunch of pdi sales people on here trolling so i wont be supprised if im attacked but here is my stance,im not selling anything,i run alott of power,i get great fuel,amnd would never go stock again.
pdi has no rnd,they scavenge from a couple of creative people.how would i know injecter codes are a 16 digit number is it just a coincidence that our codes are exactly the same as theirs but we run them 6 months before they do,all you need is a password generater,understand copy paste princibles,and own a friggen laptop.if your fancy you can really get creative with the numbers.the turbo is pretty good,cac is overpriced,fass is not even covered injecters are hard to find and they dont stock many,so if you blow one you prob need a spare to be safe,here try this with your ecm,tell em yours got recoded and you need to have it reflashed for free ha ha ha ha ha ha click if you would like to make a call please hang up to try again message 1254376

Its possible that you might be right and have a valid point but form the looks of what you post you dont seem to be a very respectable. Thats just my opinion as an outsider looking in.
