I am a new trucker and heard there is good money in partial loads. Does anyone know of any trucking companies who specialize in/do a large volume of partial loads?

Yellow/ABF/Fed-Ex plus FFE and Kaiser (flatbed) do a bunch of LTL. FFE pretty much has their O/O's handle it. There are more, can't remember them.

While the money paid to have a partial moved is good I was not aware that these companies pay that well. Being independent if you can make it work it can be good but that is easier said than done.

Landstar,Admiral Merchants,Mason Dixon, probably Mercer. It just depends what you want to do. I always preferred building LTL loads. Especially after the Steel Mills started holding you to 80K gross. When i started the Mills used to ask you how much do you want? 80k - 100k on the deck worked for me!
