It also sounds like it's stopped doing any passive regens, meaning when your rolling down the Hwy. You need to get it to a shop asap.Rusty Trawler, MachoCyclone, sevenmph and 2 others Thank this. -
Ranabha and driverdriver Thank this.

I bet it's hotter then hell inside that truck. Now would be a good time to make sure your belongings in the truck are covered on your renters or homeowners policy.
Rusty Trawler Thanks this. -
Way above normal. Longest I've ever had a recent gobs an hour. At 5, I'm shutting the down because clearly something has gone wrong. I do admire your persistence though.

When was the last time the dpf was cleaned out at a dealer?
driverdriver Thanks this. -
How many miles on engine, is it using coolant/oil and how much?
-
Like other said DPF is probably full and needed taken out to be cleaned. Around 400,000 miles they need to be pulled out and cleaned. Or the doser injector could be clogged and it not regening while driving. Sounds like it time to see the dealer.
driverdriver and mitmaks Thank this.
