You say nothing about it! Mileage? Condition? Service records? Just pulled from a lake? Stolen and stripped?

I am thinking of buying it but I don’t know the engine mx11
I know all Packar has parts shortage but that’s about it .
I’ll call the dealer hopefully it still has a factory warranty

That’s only a 10 liter engine, around 400hp and maxes out at 1700 torque. I’ve put around 650k on two different mx13’s and have been perfectly happy, both were 510/1850. Unless you’re running around light or have a reason you need to save the 300 pounds of engine weight or the the truck is ridiculously cheap I personally wouldn’t buy an mx11. But you know your operation better than the rest of us.

Sorry just seeing your message ,
I would like to pull flatbed but all loads there are heavy
I thought if I buy it then 10.8L is gonna be struggling maybe ?
And I called dealer they said the truck has no factory warranty due to hours over but I can buy extended warranty and I have to pay in full ,no payments .

I don't know where you hear shortages.

    The mx13 I'm driving hasn't had a problem.

They're pretty gutless with an automatic though. The one I'm driving now is the standard 455. I've driven the cummins x15 500 and it wasn't any better for power.

More power does the runs faster. And consumes less fuel.

Imagine 400 and 500 doing the same 750 mile run but the 500 gets you there 2 hours quicker.

If I were to buy a truck. I wouldn't settle for less then 500.

    Ikukev73 Thanks this.

The paccar automated transmission has different shift calibrations for different applications. Just gotta find out which yours is in and have the dealer change it.
