How much freight comes up north of Seattle with Stevens or is Seattle the farthest city north on I-5 to stay in the freight loop? can a driver stay busy doing just the western U.S? or is all 48 state runs? thanks in advance.

Seattle is the furthest I personally have been, others maybe further, but we don't really have a regional set up although at times it feels like I am on a Northeast Regional route.

We have some occaisional freight that goes to Loeb's in Vancouver BC. There are a few places we deliver in Everett. Most Seattle freight is down on Marginal Way at Whole Foods or in the Kent-Olympia corridor.
There is enough freight to get locals home. You won't just run a local corridor, at least not for your first couple years.
And then, the PNW includes Boise to Salem to Seattle to Pasco.jomar68 Thanks this. -
From what I have seen on the Stevens web site, you have to run western/north western if you run solo. Only teams run all 48, If I am right. If not someone please correct me.

I ran nearly every state in the lower 48 as a solo driver. cross country trips are rare for solos, most of those go to teams, simply because of transit time. Remember, our freight is largely food...fresh food such as produce. Time is important.
