I have a 2014 kw with a paccar mx13. Last week my boost started suddenly dropping..then would pick back up again. Got the truck to the shop. Replaced fuel filters, air filter and fuel pressure regulator. The regulator was replaced because fuel pressure was bouncing from 20-210. This didn’t fix the issue. Put a new turbo actuator on..still the same. No codes are showing. Everything on the engine checks out when hooked to the computer. Upon startup before the truck gets warm..I have good boost for maybe 10 min...but the normal max is around 30 psi...now it jumps up to 40..but it still doesn’t have much power. Then it goes back to well below 20. Any help would be appreciated! I’m at a loss. Also..this is a dpf delete engine that has been running great for a year.

Are catalysts completely gone? Have you checked to make sure boost sensor and exh gas pressure before turbine sensor and tube are not soot packed?

Lightning McQueen and pushbroom Thank this. -
Catalysts are completely gone. Will check sensors

If sensors are packed just replace them. Run a piece of mechanics wire through the tube, it is a PITA but can be done.

Mine was the turbo pressure sensor
-
Turbo was locking up after it got really warmed up. I had to replace the turbo unfortunately.
