Supposed to be done through your local dealer. My local dealer said will get back to me but still no call back,
Called several surrounding dealers and left messages with the servicew managers and no call backs.
Anyone had any luck? I understand they get worried you will buy parts elsewhere but thats usually what happens when i go into to get part numbers and call anyway. What is next course of action and anyone had any luck?

You’ll likely need an “in”.
Unless you buy new trucks or a crapload of parts, your just a 1 guys yearly subscription. A lot of legwork for one small margin profit. This is why your getting no response.
sorry……..just keepin’it real. -
also to ad, why wouldnt paccar just allow outsiders to pay for the registration. I would pay. Seems like money lost on their end -
If you ever need anything, just PM. I’ll get it to you as soon as I can.
Oxbow and black_dog106 Thank this. -

They will take your money. You will likely be disappointed. Your access will be limited to fleet and ECAT access will be allowed only to the VINs that you own or are in your fleet. I don't have good info on the exact process and even my dealer group struggles to provide this to call in customers. Plus there is no support chain for non dealers, once you do have access when you need help.
The hard part for me is I have been on the other side and know how hard it can be to find and access information. -
Goodysnap Thanks this.
