Hello, does anybody know the price on davie 4 and where can i get it? somebody told me that kenworth dealerships sell them but asked multiple parts guys and none of them know anything about it. Also I know that there is a yearly subscription to davie 4 but wondering how much is it and if its worth it because we have 5 paccar mx13 engines and jpro doesnt do much on them except read codes.

    Store

$3000. Plus you need the correct hardware to hook up which is around $1500-2000 for the real stuff instead of chiniseium knockoffs. It can be worth it but you can also easy screw up your truck in a hurry if your clearing emissions stuff.

One time cost, no yearly subscription. Don't talk to counter guy, need to find who your outside sales rep is.

Any clue if that just works with nexiq usb link or does it require special cables to connect the laptop to the truck? $1800 seems pretty decent

Nexiq 2 wired usb link is the preferred connection. It will likely work with any other programs you ever need as well.

If you have another link. Let me know what you have and I will see if it’s compatible.

It works with USB Link I, but II is preferred. I put a set of injectors in a MX for a guy the other weekend and used his DAVIE with a Nexiq USB I. Most guys in my area with a small fleet of Paccar engines have Davie bought through local dealership. Talk to parts manager, not a counter guy.

I contacted our kenworth sales rep and he said he can get it. Thanks for the help. Btw why do you need Davie for injectors? are they suppose to be calibrated after installing?

    spsauerland Thanks this.
