Well here we are several years into the COVID fiasco & states are still not making it easier to submit our Self-Certification Medical renewals. PA not only has fewer offices that are geared to help with this but there is no way I found to submit online for verification. Please write the governor's office to get this changed. We loose enough time and now either need to take the day off to travel to an office that will help or risk law enforcement stating that we have not submitted for re-certifying when we submit by US Mail. This is just another reason why truckers are harder to find. Other states have been more proactive.

PA State Governor Tom Wolfe - Contact the Governor's Office

    Maryland -
Maryland CDL holders . . . . . . . . . . . CDL holders are no longer required to submit a self-certification form when updating their medical certification. The self-certification will only be required when a customer is obtaining a new CDL’s, transferring a CDL, renewing a CDL, upgrading a license to a CDL, or changing their status from intrastate to interstate or vice versa. If a waiver/exemption is needed, it should be submitted along with the medical certification card.

    Virginia -

    Self-certification is on line.

    Chinatown Thanks this.

    You can email it to:
    cdlmedscert@pa.gov
Worked just fine for me. I did mail a physical copy in a cerfified letter with return receipt as a backup too, but they did receive the email submission before that.
