Let me advise any of you truckers or anyone whose husband is a trucker, stay far, far away from P&S Transportation. As a Lease-to-own driver, They will take an escrow out of your check weekly and when you quit they keep it! They claim that the amount was used to fix “issues” with the truck. I know good and dag on well that there were no issues with that truck when my husband turned it in to you. What’s funny is that we knew this would happen. You’re losing drivers like crazy and they all say that you guys keep the escrow to fix the trucks. This company is full of B.S and they know it!
P&S Transporation is full of B.S.

I believe from reading here there are many companies that do that. Just another pitfall of leasing .
Sorry for your problems. I hope you find a better gig. -

Nothing Funny about it!!
Lease Purchases are taylor made to take advantage of the Driver/Op.
If you knew a building was going to burn to the ground, would you still enter it?x1Heavy, D.Tibbitt, Wicked Good and 1 other person Thank this. -
You know, I've got a friend who drives for them. I don't understand why anybody would lease with them. They pay their company drivers extremely well and it's no forced dispatch. In fact, they sent him a comcheck for $300 just because they needed him switch trucks with another driver. The other driver needed an automatic...I guess he had the restriction on his cdl. Nonetheless, they needed a favor from my friend and they paid him to do it. If someone leases a truck through these companies that only says to me that you don't have enough money, or good enough credit to buy your own truck. It also shows your knowledge of the industry to go into the "fleece purchase." There's enough horror stories about this. Even the way lease purchase is set up, I just don't see how it's not obvious to drivers that's it's difficult to make money that way.
