Hello to anyone willing to point me in the right direction. I am a farmer from NW, Illinois, and I am looking for information regarding the transportation of swinging carcasses. I am looking for a trailer to buy that can help me accomplish it. I am well aware that a lot of meat is broken down and box shipped for the most part nowadays, but in my situation, I need to be able to haul the carcasses.
I am asking if someone can help me find a lead or where to look for these trailers to buy?
Also asking to talk to anyone that has some useful experience in hauling swinging carcasses
Please and thanks in advance

This long shot because my company and most others got rid of the railers in the early 90s but ....I do know that colorado Atlantic in Greeley colo still does carcass beef to NYC, give them a call and maybe they can point you in the right direction ...or call jim hawk or midwest utility in Omaha...they might know of a railer for sale .
Good luck . -

Call Kidron, we have two trailers used for material moves for a high tech company. They built them for us with overhead rails and trolleys.

Remember how you loaded it had a lot to do with the "way it swung" going down the road. -
You got to get a shoe shine box first.
