OTR & Hourly Pay ??

I know I have only run across 2 one was a contract which was strange enough the other was hourly and paid for stops I don't know why atm why I didn't consider it but at the time I felt it was gonna be them jobs I would not care for. There are companies that have salary though that's becoming more of a thing I have to say but some them you need be very careful like K&B recommend everyone stay far away. But there are companies I hear are good like Shipex and the review aren't 99% negative like K&B though I think 1 % were prob staff trying to make it not so evil.

When I retire, and want to get a part time job as a neuro surgeon or rocket scientist with no experience I know that I can come to you to find me the job....

They would when they fly off while you are trying to shoot a few for food. Never even thought about hauling animals but I think I would be a bad pick for pheasants or dove or quail some might disappear. I wonder if they would buy I found a cat in there and ate a few.

 

The YouTube trucker Smart Trucking said there is an OTR company in Quebec that pays by the hour but I can't remember the name of the company.

 

I know U.S. mail carriers pay hourly but every company I checked into it's more like route pay than straight hourly .

Example : if the route pays $25 x 39 hours and it takes you 50 hours to complete , you still get paid for 39 hours

I also worked for an otr company that paid me hourly while in California but it was weird how they calculated it and it was really low(min wage) hourly pay but it was on top of my mileage pay . They also paid a daily rate for 'rest breaks' while in California
