We are a small O/O and like to do our own work if we can. I cannot seem to find any good online parts facilities where I can look up my truck (2007 9400i, no onboard monitoring) and determine what parts I need. OnCommand seems way too over the top for our needs.

On my farm, I can go to JDParts.com and look up any parts for anything built by Deere, totally free. Does the equivalent exist for International? International dealer is 40 miles away and if I have a part number I can sometimes cross it to NAPA or get the part at freightliner which is only 20 miles away.

How many trucks do you have? Most OE manufacturers offer the option to access parts look up on the VIN's you own. Unfortunately they usually require you to own a min. amount of trucks. Depending on the OE (and your dealer) it could be anywhere from 1-10.

Is it possible to get a build list or a vin printout? I have that for the Peterbilt. The part numbers are 40 years old but still work out pretty good on finding parts.

Not sure on the International System. I know there is no option on the Volvo side.

As far as I know, you have to call your local dealer. If you plan to shop elsewhere, then don't waste their time looking up parts you have no intention on buying from them. There is no way to get this information for free online. There are subscriptions you can pay for if you are interested. There is no part number list for your truck. Your truck has about 10,000 different parts on it. If you need help with some parts from time to time, I would be happy to help. I need the last 8 of your VIN number, but I cannot get you dozens and dozens of part numbers.

Yes, you can have custom parts disks made for your fleet. If you give me the last 8 of your VIN I can provide you more information for your local dealer. This way they don't give you the run around because of their misinformation.
