I have a freightliner century with pre egr detroit 60 series motor.I noticed trees of oil in my coolant reservoir tank and immediately changed the oil cooler with a new one & flushed it like 3 times.Thinking everything was ok I drove it for 7000 miles and noticed more oil.The oil looked fresh & I am pretty sure it's not the old oil cleaning out.Has anyone else experienced this kind of a problem before?

Check transmission cooler if its an oil to coolant style. Could eventually ruin transmission if coolant transfers into transmission. Oil in transmission will be milky if coolant is getting mixed in.

Send off a sample of the oil with 7000 mi on it to a lab, you can buy a kit at parts store or truck stop, you may have a pin hole in a cil. liner?or o/rings did not seal on cooler job?

You have a pin hole in liner like Baha said. In 20 years of doing this I have only encountered 2 bad series 60 oil coolers putting oil into coolant. One of them might not have even been bad but customer insisted on oil cooler. Never seen him again.

@baha was right.I put my truck in the shop and after everything was taken apart my cylinder liners were really bad and had holes in them.As we speak the mechanic is doing a total overhaul. Thanks guys for your input.
