    Hello,

I did not see any reviews on here for Ohio Business College, Dayton, OH, Academy. I just wanted to let any potential new drivers to have the resource.

I recently graduated from there and am now in my company's driver training program. I have less than one experience so I had to re-do most of it for them, but I have a class A and no one else does in here, yet.

So far, what I have learned is OBC is on point for training. Day one, an new job, I killed the tests (pre-trip, maneuverability, and driving) for my experience level. They are fast tracking me through training to get me with a road trainer. OBC seems to be a great academy for beginners and surprised the trainers.

Warning though, I am a veteran an the VA paid for me to go to OBC and get my CDL. OBC seems to have issues with the VA and it took months to get my financial stuff straightened out after I graduated. From what I heard with the cash/student loan students they had no problems.

Any questions, just ask, but for a beginner I learned a lot there.

Community/Technical colleges are by far the best way to get your CDL. Good thorough training, and your not beholden to some mega fleet for a year.
