Something like the TA or petro in Ontario California , there are a couple of small Pilots there with the Amount of truck traffic going through Chicago and air freight it would justify a good business venture .

The Amerifreight truck stop off 294 is big but charges $30 to park.

I would imagine that property acquisition, environmental studies, C(r)ook County taxes, and, depending on where it'd be built, the random bullet or few might be a few deterrents...

several stops just outside Chicago that most trucks use. These big stops require several acres and several acres in Chicago isnt cheap ! Most truckers i know dont want to spend any extra time in or around it, they drop or load and haul ### outta there ! Can you imagine the lot lizzards in Chicago on a Friday or Saturday night , approach you , ride you, rob you , kill you ! LOL
