Why does that matter?
Time saved is time saved regardless right?
And "carrier studies" doesn't do anything to improve a carriers score.
Proper maintenance and conscientious drivers do.
Loaded or empty, the opportunity to roll by a scale without stopping is a plus to any driver out here. Just saying.

 

Inspections without violation improve the score. The best way to do that is a proper pre-trip and a chance at wining the scale house lottery.

 

I have buddy that was leased to oberg , when he expressed his dissatisfaction with them they had him escorted off the property by the cops ....definitely not user friendly.
