I need to renew my hazmat and it says on the TSA site to bring a birth certificate and drivers license. It has an option for my middle name on the form but my drivers license is only my first and last name. Will this be a problem when I go to renew it?
No middle name on license

Now, the question is, if you go by your middle name as I do, are you now using an Alias?

you said your were RENEWING your hazmat so my question is... what do you do the last time
gentleroger and tscottme Thank this. -
I would put whatever my full legal name is on the form.
gentleroger and buddyd157 Thank this. -
Use the same info as when you got your HazMat endorsement. Why complicate your life? It's a govt form, it's not in invitation to explain your life story and get approval from TSA. You passed it once, repeat that same process.

Middle name on ID can be a blessing… when I was younger my best friend his father was a truck driver and got arrested at the border because someone with the same name was wanted for murder . He got middle name put on his license after that . This was 30 years ago but I imagine it could still happen.

My brother in law was born in England. He does not have a middle name, just first and last.
