I'll probably wait until I get assigned a truck. My wife and I have been doing Hello Fresh for a couple years now. It's terrific. I've picked out a few of my favorite meals that I can cook in a truck easily. We save the recipe cards. I'll only need four meals a week. They won't take up much room in the cooler, and I'll always have a loaf of bread, crunchy peanut butter, and jelly in the locker.
If anyone wants to try Hello Fresh, I've got six coupon codes for a free box (three meals for two people). We don't benefit, and we usually throw them away. I don't think you have to sign up and then cancel. It's just a one-time good deal. PM me and I'll shoot you the code. First come first serve.

well remember the crock pot and Lunch Box Ovens, too. But I think a small toaster oven, or lower wattage air fryer would be good. Actually if you could find a flavorwave or NuWave oven those are great. The Flavorwave oven is the "bowl" style one, meaning you can actually heat water in it. The NuWave is the "dome" style. At least from my memory. They are basically mini-convection ovens.

We used two dutch ovens. Throw the food in there, clap em shut, plug em into the lighters. Drive.
