New tolls coming for I-95

I "see" lot's of "go arounds" coming, creating a lotta traffic nightmares, which will then probably lead to "restricted routes" sooner or later?

 

With all that is required in the approval process in addition to the actual construction of required facilities, it will be a little while at the very least.

AND they still have to be approved for it.

why so they can sell them off in a year cause there to #### cheap to keep up with maintance
